Acceptable use policy

The BouyaTV service is intended for personal and family use within the framework of the subscription taken out.

Pack Pro allows 1 configured device and includes activation of the PRO app. Ultra Experience: installation on 2 devices (non-simultaneous connection). Supreme VIP Exclusive: installation on 3 devices (non-simultaneous connection), with the PRO app included.

Resale, redistribution or public sharing of credentials and streams.

Unauthorised commercial use (bars, hotels, public venues).

Attempts at reverse engineering, attacks on servers or deliberate overloading of the infrastructure.

Circumvention of technical limitations (number of screens, contractual geo-restrictions).

In the event of a breach, BouyaTV may temporarily or permanently suspend access without refund, depending on the severity of the infringement.

Technical protection measures (anti-abuse, connection limits) are in place to preserve service quality for all subscribers.
