Refunds & returns

BouyaTV offers a 45-day "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee on all annual plans, from the date of activation.

If the service does not meet the announced quality commitments, you can request a full refund within that period.

The request must be made via WhatsApp or contact@bouyatv.com with your customer ID.

Refunds do not apply in the event of abusive use, unauthorised sharing of credentials or a breach of the terms of use.

After validation by our support team, the refund is processed within 7 to 14 working days via the original payment method.

Access to the service is deactivated as soon as the refund is confirmed.

BouyaTV guarantees service availability throughout the term of the subscription taken out. Our VPS servers are monitored continuously.

In the event of a server failure or unavailability, BouyaTV automatically switches access to a backup server to maintain streaming continuity for the customer.
