BouyaTV respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown notifications that comply with international standards (DMCA and equivalents).

Rights holders may send a written notification to contact@bouyatv.com including: identification of the protected work, a description of the disputed content, the claimant's contact details and a statement of good faith.

BouyaTV will review the request and take appropriate action as soon as possible.

Any user whose content has been restricted may submit a reasoned counter-notification. BouyaTV will review the case in accordance with the applicable regulations.
