What you need
Three pieces of information are enough, sent at activation: the server URL, the username and the password (Xtream Codes credentials). Keep them handy, they are used on every device.
On Android
- Install an IPTV player (IPTV Smarters or an Xtream player) from the Play Store.
- Choose “Xtream Codes Login”.
- Enter the URL, the username and the password.
- Save: the channel list and the guide load.
On iPhone and iPad
The principle is the same: install a player compatible with Xtream Codes, then enter the same credentials. On iOS, check that the app you choose allows this type of connection, and keep the system up to date.
Send the picture to the TV
- AirPlay (iPhone / iPad) to an Apple TV or a compatible TV.
- Chromecast (Android) to a TV or a Chromecast.
- Or, even simpler: install the app directly on the TV.
Note: the phone then becomes a remote control, but the video is decoded by the TV — so quality depends on the television's connection.
Stability tips on mobile
- Prefer Wi-Fi over mobile data for 4K.
- Close background apps.
- Do not start the same stream on several devices with a “1 screen” plan.
- When travelling, test the connection before relying on HD.
What about family sharing?
With a multi-screen plan, each member can use their own device. This is often the main reason for choosing a higher plan.
